Standardized and Segregated Production to Ensure Natural Purity
Segregated Production To Prevent Cross-Contamination
Our chili and garlic workshops are equipped with independent airflow systems and dedicated processing machinery. From raw material intake to final packaging, the two workshops remain completely physically separated; this ensures that chili powder is free from garlic components and garlic granules are free from capsaicin, thereby meeting the strict requirements of customers with allergen concerns or vegetarian dietary needs.

Physical Barriers to Eliminate Foreign Object Risks
All work surfaces and equipment that come into contact with materials are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. Before final packaging, every batch undergoes metal detection and X-ray inspection for foreign objects to minimize physical hazards.
Standardized Maintenance to Ensure Immediate Production Readiness
Our workshops are managed in strict accordance with SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures). During non-production periods, the workshops remain sealed and undergo regular ozone disinfection. The photos show the clean state of the facility following routine equipment maintenance; we are ready to start the production line for you at any time.
